Russia: Falun Gong Practitioners Expose the Persecution on the Streets of St Petersburg

In spite of an overcast sky and incessant autumn rain, Falun Gong practitioners from St Petersburg usually hold a rally at the weekend to tell people the facts about Falun Gong, appealing to people for help to stop the outrageous persecution against Chinese Falun Gong practitioners by the vicious Chinese Communist party.

Falun Gong practitioners in St Petersburg distributed leaflets in the autumn rain

On October the 15th and 22nd practitioners spent their weekend time in subway stations around residential areas to give out leaflets. Despite the rainy days and people being in a hurry, practitioners still distributed lots of materials to passers-by.

People stopped to talk with the practitioners who were handing out fliers. Practitioners took this opportunity to expound on what Falun Gong is and tell them about the persecution happening in China. Workers from other USSR countries absorbed and listened to the truth. Pictures displayed the cruel torture inflicted on Chinese Falun Gong practitioners and the persecuted Falun Gong children, inciting the sympathy of people.

People signed the petition to call for an end to the persecution.

A lot of people were really touched by Falun Gong practitioners' efforts. Some of them actively helped practitioners to distribute leaflets. People really have changed.
