Austria: World Falun Dafa Day in Vienna

May 13 marks World Falun Dafa Day each year, and this year was the 23rd anniversary of Falun Dafa's introduction to the public. European Falun Dafa practitioners joined those from other continents to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day in 2015.

On May 9, Falun Dafa practitioners in Austria held activities on St. Stephen's Cathedral Square in Vienna to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. They also raised awareness about the CCP's brutal persecution of Falun Dafa in China.

“Your signature can save lives,” was written on a poster in front of the Falun Dafa practitioners' information table. A group of practitioners sang songs, including “Falun Dafa is great.”

The Falun Gong exercise demonstration drew the attention of many tourists and local residents. Many people took photos, asked for informational flyers and signed the petition.

Among the visitors to the event was a professor from New Jersey, USA who was attending a United Nations human rights conference in Vienna. She passed by the square and signed the petition. She mentioned that she had heard about the CCP's live organ harvesting, and she planned to learn more about Falun Dafa to see what she could do to help.

Arnoldi is chairman of an organization in Stuttgart, Germany to support those persecuted. He said after signing the petition, “Way to go! You will succeed one day.”

Arnoldi added that he would pay more attention to Falun Dafa after returning home to Stuttgart, and would help expose the CCP's atrocities.
