On November 30th, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zheng Dingguo, who lived in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, was arrested and detained in the Guiyang City First Detention Centre. He was sent to the Armed Police Hospital on the afternoon of February 17th, 2006, and died at 7:10 a.m. on February 19th, 2006.

Mr. Zheng Dingguo, 64 years old, was very healthy when he was first arrested, but died only two and a half months later. His toes were very dark with the bones exposed. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official said he died of a stroke, but he never had such a medical history, and why would a stroke cause his toes to turn black?

On November 16th, 2005, Mr Zheng Dingguo's wife Wu Minmin was arrested from home and has been missing ever since. People saw state security agents videotape her house and ransack her home.

After Ms. Wu Minmin was arrested, the CCP officials arrested Mr. Zheng Dingguo from his daughter's home in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province on November 30th, 2005, and detained him in the Guiyang City First Detention Centre until he died on February 19th, 2006.
