Jinlin Province

The vicious police and prisoners used the "Dead Person's Bed," [A torture method where the four limbs of the practitioner are stretched out and tied to the four corners of an icy-cold metal bed. The practitioner cannot move at all. Neither is he allowed to get up to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom. This treatment would last from several hours up to more than a dozen days. This type of cruel torture causes severe damage to the practitioner both mentally and physically] and they hung up the practitioners for a long time while they were handcuffed. They beat practitioners with electric batons and sticks and unreasonably extended their terms. Yanji City Forced Labour Camp persecuted practitioners using methods like forcing practitioners to sit on a small wood stool (most practitioners' buttocks became injured because they sat too long), locking practitioners in an iron cage, locking them up in a solitary compartment and unreasonably extending their terms. Many practitioners were beaten and injured and even disabled.
