  • Czech Translation of Zhuan Falun Officially Published

    On June 15th 2006, the Czech version of Zhuan Falun was officially published, and is now available in bookstores across the Czech Republic. Zhuan Falun is the primary text among the thirty plus books published by Mr. Li Hongzhi. The publication of Zhuan Falun was preceded by a second translation of the introductory book Falun Gong.
  • Italy: Chinese Language Newspaper in Milan Found Guilty of Slandering Falun Gong

    During February and March of 2002, “European Chinese Newspaper” carried many articles slandering Falun Gong practitioners and spread hatred among the Chinese Community. These articles played a part in assisting the carrying out of the persecution of Falun Gong initiated by Jiang Zemin, the former leader of China. The shocking news that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has removed organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and subsequently sold them, which has been recently exposed, shows that the persecution is so severe that it has far exceeded people’s imagination.
  • Italy: Milan Criminal Court Pronounces Judgment on Chinese Newspaper after it Slandered Falun Gong

    On July 6th, 2006, the Milan Criminal Court pronounced judgment on the Chinese newspaper, “European Chinese Paper”, which had slandered Falun Gong and the charge was established. After practitioners won the case, their lawyer Giuseppe Rossodivita made a declaration about the charge, talked about the case and the impression he has of Falun Gong
  • Spain's Supreme Court sanctions the National Court to Investigate Genocide Against Falun Gong in China

    After a two hour hearing on June the 6th 2006, the Criminal Division of the Spanish Supreme Court made its final decision to uphold an appeal submitted by Falun Gong practitioners who survived the alleged genocide instigated by top Chinese government officials since July 1999. The Spanish Falun Dafa Association gives high praise to this rightful decision of the Supreme Court. It is hoped that this is the starting point of terminating the persecution and that all of the criminals responsible for the persecution are brought to justice.
  • Spain: Supreme Court Rules to Accept Falun Gong Lawsuit

    Spain's Supreme Court held a hearing on June 6th 2006, and ruled that it could accept a lawsuit brought by several victims accusing the top Chinese officials of committing genocide against Falun Gong in the past seven years. The Advertiser (Australia) reported on June 7th that Spain's Supreme Court said on June 6th after holding a hearing that a lawsuit brought by Falun Gong accusing a top Chinese official of genocide could go ahead. That means Falun Gong can now appeal an earlier rejection of the lawsuit by the Audencia Nacional, Spain's highest criminal court.
  • Danish Version of Zhuan Falun is Officially Published

    On May 23rd 2006, the Danish version of Zhuan Falun was officially published, and will soon be on sale in local bookstores. Zhuan Falun is the primary text among the thirty plus books published by Mr. Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa. In this book Zhuan Falun, Mr. Li Hongzi imparted the fundamental characteristics of the universe, Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance, to people for the first time.

  • Germany: Court Judgement in Favour of Falun Gong

    On the morning of February 1st, 2006, the Administration Court of Dresden, the state capital of Sachsen, Germany, announced a judgement. It ruled that the actions taken by the German police against a Falun Gong practitioner during the former Chinese President Jiang Zemin’s visit to Germany in 2002 were illegal.
  • Norway: Practitioners Read Announcement by the Falun Gong Association at the Chinese Embassy

    "From today on, overseas Falun Gong practitioners will file civil or criminal lawsuits against all important government or CCP officials who participate in or continue to implement the persecution of Falun Gong and as a result, commit new crimes in addition to those they have already perpetrated against Falun Gong."
  • Spain: The Spanish National Court Begins to Investigate the Crime of Genocide Committed by the CCP

    On January 10th, Spain's National Court released information to the media that Spain will begin the investigation of the crime of genocide against the Tibetan people by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) from the 1980s to 1990s. The media in Europe and the world have reported the development. At present, the Spanish Constitutional Court is also handling the genocide charge filed by Falun Gong against the Chinese economic minister Bo Xilai last year.
  • Iceland Ombudsman: Government Broke Law by Denying Falun Gong Entry

    On December 5th, the Ombudsman, a position designated to monitor the state administration and local authorities, released its opinion on the Falun Gong entry denial case from June 2002: The government broke the law by denying Falun Gong practitioners from crossing the border, and authorising Icelandair to carry out the decision by refusing to permit Falun Gong members to board Icelandair planes. This is the second positive decision made by the Iceland government-monitoring institutions. On June 5th 2003, the Data Protection Authority stated that the Justice Ministry acted unlawfully when it blacklisted members of the Falun Gong spiritual movement ahead of the state visit of Chinese president Jiang Zemin to Iceland.
  • Bo Xilai Sued in Spain for Genocide

    On November 8th 2005, 15 practitioners who were persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for their practice of Falun Gong have retained lawyer Carlos Iglesias to file a suit against Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai in Madrid's High Court. Bo is charged with committing the crimes of genocide and torture during the persecution of Falun Gong.
