Switzerland: Promoting Falun Gong at the Municipal Government Buildings in Zurich

On June 23rd, 2007, Swiss Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in front of the municipal government buildings in Zurich. They set up a table at the foot of the bridge across the Limat River and displayed photographs and posters to expose the crimes of the Communist regime and the persecution of Falun Gong. The posters in Chinese and German said: "Prisons and forced labour camps in China are the same as the Nazi concentration camps; Jiang Zemin is the evil ringleader of the persecution of Falun Gong; Stop the persecution of Falun Gong; Free all the innocent Falun Gong practitioners held in detention without condition".

People were shocked by the CCP's crimes of organ harvesting

Many tourists stopped to read the posters exposing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s crime of harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners and the photos of Falun Gong practitioners who have been persecuted to death. Everyone was shocked. Practitioners told them that many photos were sent out from China after breaking through the information blockade and they were only part of the story as many people did not know how to break through the blockade to send out information. A tourist said ‘It (the persecution) is so cruel. All the people involved in, no matter the instigator or the followers, are below the bottom line of human being’s moral standard and they are like demons". After hearing the truth, many people signed their name on the petition to show their support for Falun Gong practitioners and to condemn the CCP's persecution.

The wish of a Swiss high school student

After signing his name on the petition with his mother, a Swiss high school student asked a practitioner to give him more material as he wanted to put it in the library at his school. He wanted the teachers and students in his school and more people to know about the CCP's crimes and to help to bring the persecution to an end and to punish those criminals.

“Your action is an encouragement to practitioners inside China.”

There were many Chinese tourists and some of them came up to read the posters. When they saw the photos and stories of the practitioners who have been persecuted to death, they were shocked and when practitioners told them the truth about the persecution they all listened carefully and some of them even made a record with their video cameras.

A Chinese tourist took a copy of all the Chinese material and he said to practitioners, “I have a friend who is a Falun Gong practitioner, you cannot imagine how hard and difficult it is for him to practice in China where the persecution is so harsh. No matter how the CCP persecutes, monitors and disturbs him, he remains unmoved and insists on practicing, he is really great. I will bring them back to him". He also said, “Your action is a huge encouragement for him and all the Falun Gong practitioners inside China”.

When practitioners gave the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party to Chinese tourists, some of them accepted, while other dared not, then practitioners told them the huge wave of Chinese people quitting the CCP and the number had reached twenty three million and the CCP elimination was an inevitable result in history. They hoped the Chinese people could treasure the chance to quit all the organisations of the CCP as to quit the CCP was to secure their safety and would bring blessing to them. Some Chinese tourist nodded their head and some told practitioners on the quiet they would do so after going back to China. Practitioners felt happy for the Chinese people who know the truth and are saved.
