On June 21st 2005, Irish Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Chinese Embassy in Dublin, strongly condemning the killing of Gao Rongrong and calling for the criminals involved to be investigated and brought to justice. One practitioner held Gao Rongrong’s photo showing her face, which was disfigured through electric baton torture. A banner told passers-by, “The Evil CCP has committed another crime; Falun Gong practitioner Rongrong Gao was tortured to death”.

Dublin practitioner Mr. Zhao Ming said, “I read on the Internet that Gao Rongrong was successfully rescued by Falun Gong practitioners on October 5th 2004. This was focused on by the world’s media. But I could never imagine that the CCP would arrest her again and even persecute her to death, ignoring condemnation from the people of the world.” Through this incident, the evil suppressive nature of the CCP has been completely exposed.

Some Chinese officials passed by when a statement was being read out. They all slowed down, feeling uneasy. It looked like they were asking themselves whether their deeds followed their conscience and whether they would be brought to justice by history. The statement referred to Chinese Government representatives who defected from China to Australia, stating, “Chen Yonglin and Hao Fengjun have given an example for Chinese officials, who should make a righteous and honest choice following their conscience and quit the CCP.”

The murder of Gao Rongrong is another heinous crime committed by the CCP. Falun Gong practitioners will demonstrate against this inhuman persecution more resolutely than ever before. The call for justice and the public’s voice will stop the violence and terror despite the CCP’s lies; all murderers will pay for what they have done. We hope those Chinese officials hesitating between righteousness and evil listen to the call from their hearts, chose righteousness and quit the evil regime.
