On the 19th of December 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in Russia went to the Argentine Embassy and submitted an open letter to the Argentine Ambassador to Russia. The open letter appealed to the Ambassador and the Argentine government to pay attention to the serious incident about Falun Gong practitioners being beaten by villainous assailants under the direction of the Chinese Embassy in Argentina.

On the 14th of December 2005, Falun Gong practitioners were assaulted by criminals organised by the Chinese Communist Party while protesting in front of the Argentinean Congress. Banners, exhibition boards about the truth and personal items of the practitioners were snatched away. Argentinean people who wanted to stop the violence were also injured. However, the police present refused to stop such an incident of violence.

The open letter requested the Argentinean government to conduct a swift and serious investigation into the violent incident and immediately stop the CCP's savage action of persecuting Falun Gong and trampling on human rights and severely punish the culprit. The letter said that no democratic government should trade freedom and human rights nor yield to the CCP.

A representative of the practitioners told the truth to a lady receptionist at the Argentinean Embassy in Russia who received the practitioners and introduced them to a responsible official. The official who accepted the letter and said that she will give the letter and truth material to the Ambassador.
