The New Year's Day Parade London is held on January 1st every year and it has been going for twenty years now. Over ten thousand performers from around the world participated in the event and among them was a Falun Gong group. It was estimated that about 450,000 people in London came to watch the performance which was broadcast live to various places around the world via satellite. It was reported by the BBC, CNN, Fox News, SKY Television, CBS, etc.
UK Falun Gong practitioners were once again invited to participate. Their performance was widely praised by the audience as very wonderful and peaceful and won applause everywhere as the group displayed the magnificence of Falun Gong through traditional Chinese performing arts and a demonstration of the five Falun Gong exercises.
