On March 9th, 2006, an insider disclosed to media that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) set up a secret Concentration Camp in Sujiatun, Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The disclosure of the large-scale persecution of practitioners by harvesting body organs from living practitioners for profit and cremating their remains to destroy evidence shocked people around the world. Practitioners outside China gathered in front of Chinese embassies and consulates to protest the CCP's atrocity. Practitioners in Hong Kong protested earlier in front of China's Liaison Office.

As the existence of the Sujiatun Concentration Camp has been confirmed in recent days, practitioners in Hong Kong held a hunger strike petition outside the legislature building during the Legislative Council in session. They also delivered an open letter to Legislative Council members to request attention about the atrocities. After dark, the practitioners moved to Chater Garden and held a candlelight vigil to commemorate practitioners tortured to death by the CCP, including several thousand practitioners killed in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp.

A large "organ market" in Sujiatun
In the press conference for the hunger strike, representative Ms. Zhang Qixian from World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) said that WOIPFG initiated an urgent investigation procedure and will publish the results in batches. She pointed out, "WOIPFG confirmed that there truly exists a large "organ market" in Sujiatun, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, China. International human rights organisation have reported an independent system of harvesting death-row inmates' organs, and even cases of the prospect of organ harvesting playing a role in the determination of capital punishment. Without any legal procedures, Falun Gong practitioners are taken to the Sujiatun death camp without anyone's knowledge. They are held in complete isolation. Their bodies are cremated after their organs are harvested."
Contact person of the Falun Dafa Association of Hong Kong Kan Hung-cheung strongly condemned the CCP's atrocity. He said, "Sujiatun Concentration Camp is just a tip of the iceberg for the persecution of Falun Gong. Based on news from difference sources, similar concentration camps are also in other locations."
Calling on insiders to provide more evidence
Mr. Kan called on international organisations to set up an international investigation team to investigate the Sujiatun death camp and stop the continuation of the crimes. He called on insiders to help collect evidence and expose the CCP's concentration camps.
Former Legislative Council member, priest Fung Chi-wood participated in the protest. He said, "Hearing of the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, it is hard to grasp that such brutal massacres occur in today's civilised society."
He said, "Today, we witness mankind's big tragedy. As a Chinese and one of the people of the world, I feel ashamed for I cannot stop this atrocity."
Calling on global righteous force to stop the tragedy
Priest Fung called on righteous forces around the world to immediately stop the incident. He criticised CCP officials for not allowing other countries to pay attention to the CCP's persecution of Chinese people under the excuse of "interfering with internal affairs".
Mr. NG Kwok-hung condemned the CCP for its using a concentration camp to kill Chinese people. He said, "During World War II, Nazis conducted the holocaust against Jews. Many people did not believe it. Only after Germany was defeated and the concentration camp was found did the world's people recognise."
