On July 20th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Austria held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese consulate in Vienna to protest the CCP(Chinese Communist Party)'s brutal persecution of Falun Gong.

Protesting the CCP's persecution

On July 20th, 1999, Jiang's regime initiated the genocide against innocent Falun Gong practitioners, which continues today, over 7 years later. In this persecution, the CCP used a quarter of China's national revenue to suppress Falun Gong and slander Falun Gong world-wide. It established innumerable brainwashing classes, labour camps, and "re-education" centers to "transform" Falun Gong practitioners. It also set up as many as 36 secret concentration camps to harvest organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit and then cremated the bodies to destroy the evidence of its crimes.

During the past 7 years, Falun Gong practitioners in Mainland China and overseas have been unceasingly revealing the situation to Chinese people and people all over the world, and letting governments and people in different countries know the truth about Falun Gong. The governments and people in many countries condemn this cruel persecution and have joined the effort to end it.
