"Look! I can sit with my legs double-crossed"

"I’d like to learn the sitting meditation"

Every year, many different body and mind practices are shown at the "Body, Heart, Mind" Festival. The Falun Gong practitioners’ exercise demonstration drew the attention of many people, who stopped to look. Festival visitors generally understand to some degree the relationship between body and mind. Many of them are sensitve to the presence of energy. One gentleman came and talked with a practitioner, "Your energy field is very strong. I have never felt such a strong energy field in other places." Some wanted to learn the exercises after viewing the exercise demonstration. Little children learned the exercises attentively and were most interested in the sitting meditation.

The practitioners also had a poster exhibition on the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. The organiser, Ms. Deryn, arranged a relatively large booth for the practitioners. She said, "I saw that your exercise demonstration at the last festival had a good effect. Thus, I hope you can do it this time too." In addition, Ms. Deryn only charged us the fee for a small booth. She said, "Your explanation of the facts of the persecution is not easy. You are working so hard."

During the two-day event, many visitors viewed the exhibition on the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and learned the facts. Many left phone numbers and addresses, wanting to learn Falun Gong.
