Editors note: The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing.
Mancheng County is small, however it has experienced many bad consequences as the result of some persons' evildoings. The life of a human being is short. No matter how much power and money one has, they will vanish in a blink of an eye, one is born with nothing and leaves with nothing. Don't be fooled by immediate, temporary financial profits, and don't take acute loss and gain too seriously. Most important in this lifetime is to leave no regrets. One momentary error or a small slip of the mind can cause one to commit wrongdoings; this is still pardonable. It is all up to you if you want to make up for what you have done wrong. Choose the light, and assimilate into "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," and stay away from "falsehood, viciousness, competition, and fighting."
The following is a factual account of the bad consequences that certain people in Mancheng County suffered as a result of their persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.
1. Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committee deputy head Tian Yanjun dies from cancer. He had been in charge of persecuting Falun Dafa.
Tian Yanjun was 37 years old. Between 1999 and 2000 he persecuted all of the practitioners who went to Beijing to appeal for a stop to the illegal persecution against Falun Dafa or whose names were on the black list. Tian tried to force the practitioners to write the "guarantee statement." He sent those practitioners who refused to comply to detention centres and forced labour camps. Furthermore, he lied to the practitioners by saying, "Please save me! If you don't write the statements, I will not be able to accomplish the task I was given, and I will lose my job. If I don't succeed, the Communist Party won't forgive me."
Not long afterwards he was diagnosed with cancer. He went to many hospitals but died within a few months.
Another person replaced him. This new person knew that he also would sooner or later follow in Tian's footsteps since many employees of the Gestapo like 610 Office, set up specifically to persecute Falun Gong, nationwide have died abnormal deaths, so he immediately requested to be transferred.
2. Jing Hongchi, from the county police department, dies in a car accident.
Jing Hongchi was 36 years old. He worked at the Mancheng County Police Department. During the time when the Chinese Communist Party's barbaric persecution of Falun Gong practitioners was at its worst, he was the chief of police in the local Bailong Police Station and was later transferred to the Hancun Town Police Station, where he was also the chief of police.
Bailong, Hancun, and Chengguan are three towns in Mancheng County whose agents intensively persecuted practitioners. Jing Hongchi was the most vicious agent. One practitioner with the alias of Ms. Tian Hui was illegally arrested and taken to the town police station. Jing Hongchi slapped her face so hard that her eyes immediately swelled. She was unable to see clearly for a long time and even now her eyesight has not fully recovered. When Jing was the chief of police in Bailong and Hancun Towns, he repeatedly arrested and illegally detained the practitioners. He also sentenced the practitioners to jail terms, ransacked their homes and fined them heavily. The practitioners as a result experienced great financial difficulties and lived under very trying circumstances.
Some practitioners told him that he would suffer bad consequences if he continued persecuting practitioners. He did not listen and even became worse. He once said, "Suffering from bad consequences? Look at me, you can see that I'm fine? Let's see what kind of bad consequences I will suffer." What kind of grudges did he have against practitioners? What drove him to go to such extremes that he did not even care about his future? On the contrary, he used all of his "skills" against a group of harmless people. His only goal was to accumulate some "achievement" so that the upper level authorities would show him favours, and consequently he could be promoted.
It was said that this person had tried very hard to become the deputy chief of the police department. In order to reach that goal, he spent thousands of yuan in bribes. Instead of being promoted, he died in a car accident in July of 2005.
3. The deputy detention centre head, Jia Ruiqin is diagnosed with breast cancer
Jia Ruiqin is in her forties and is the deputy head of the Mancheng Detention Centre. Her home phone number is 86-312-7071928 (cellphone: 86-13603246008). She is also the detention centre's doctor. Since the onset of the persecution in July of 1999, she followed the lies of the Chinese Communist Party's dictator Jiang Zemin and his regime to brutally beat the practitioners detained at the detention centre. She force-fed all of the practitioners who had gone on hunger strikes. She knew that it was very painful to insert the feeding tubes through the nose, but she intentionally used force, causing practitioners' noses to bled and damaging the oesophagus. She would sarcastically say while inserting the tubes, "This is the humane way to deal with you."
She had tortured practitioners Liu Dongxue and Wang Jinling before they died in the Mancheng County Detention Centre. Many practitioners that she tortured told her the heavenly principles that good is rewarded with good, and evil meets with evil. She did not listen and claimed, "Yeah right - I don't believe that, let's just see what's going to happen." Jia Ruiqin then was diagnosed with breast cancer and had surgery. That was actually a warning from heaven.
It is said that she has now stepped back a little. Maybe she knows better. But to pay back the huge persecution crimes she has committed against Falun Dafa practitioners and the pracitice, she has to go through a complete change and double her efforts to make up for the evil deeds she had previously perpetrated.
Falun Dafa is fair. Gives every human being, including those who have done evil, a chance to correct their mistakes. Trust fate. It's up to you to control your fate. If you wait until death is close, when you struggle for your life, by the time the truth is revealed and you then decide to trust in fate and want to control fate, it will be too late.
4. Shenxing Police Station chief Xu Wubin has cancer and is struggling for his life
Xu Wubin is in his fifties. His home phone numbers are 86-312-7071262 and 86-312-7179966. His cell number is 86-13703283012. In March 2006 he suffered from a brain hemorrhage and was hospitalised in the Beijing No. 301 Hospital. Afterwards he was diagnosed with cancer.
In the past few years he had followed Jiang's regime and persecuted practitioners. All of the practitioners in Shengxing Town have been threatened. Practitioner Wang Yuzhen from Sijiao Village was sentenced to two years of forced labour. Xu has a bad reputation and believes that with money and power in hand he can do anything he wants!
The above lists only a few of those who have met with retribution after doing evil deeds against Falun Dafa and practitioners. Some practitioners were tortured to death or crippled, whilst others were subjected to huge mental and financial pressures. Those people who committed such evildoing and who seek financial benefits and have completely lost their consciences will eventually ruin their own futures. Good will be rewarded with good and evil will meet with evil. This is the law of heaven. The time for reward and retribution is not far off.
Life is not something to gamble with. It is all right not to believe in gods, but they won't cease to exist simply because you do not believe in them. History has repeatedly presented humans with the truth of this simple law. It is definitely something to contemplate. I also hope that you search for different means to understand the truth of Falun Dafa, treat practitioners properly, and find a solution for what you have said and done. Falun Dafa does not count past wrongdoings. Practitioners will always compassionately wait for the return of morals and a sense of conscience.
Note: As of September 2006, various Mancheng County officials and organisations have extorted the huge sum of 286,520 yuan* from practitioners since 1999 when Jiangs' regime started the persecution of Dafa. The people in Mancheng County involved in this scandalous behaviour are from the Gestapo like 610 Office, the National Public Security Team, the brainwashing centres, various companies, the liaison offices of the local townships and other places in Mancheng County.
