On the 18th of January 2007, German Falun Gong practitioners held a peaceful protest at the Chinese Communist Party Consulate in Frankfurt. They had banners stating “Stop Persecuting Falun Gong”, “Stop Live Organ Harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners” “Renounce the Chinese Communist Party to guarantee peace”.

On that day, the temperature decreased dramatically and a few practitioners’ umbrellas were damaged by the heavy wind and rain. A western practitioner who has practised Falun Gong for almost ten years said that the harsh weather would not change practitioners’ will. They peacefully did the exercises at the Consulate and distributed leaflets and newspapers, protesting against the CCP trampling on human rights and calling people to withdraw from the CCP and all its relevant organisations. One businessman who had seen the leaflet expressed his willingness to help practitioners. There was also a cameraman from the media who came to photograph practitioners.
The shady deal of the CCP taking organs from live Falun Gong practitioners then selling the organs for a huge profit was firstly revealed in March 2006. The former Canadian Secretary of State for the Asia-Pacific region Mr. David Kilgour and the famous human rights lawyer Mr. David Matas have confirmed after an independent investigation that the conduct of the CCP forcibly taking organs from Falun Gong practitioners has always existed and it is still continuing now. According to the reports from the Clearwisdom website for the last seven years, in mainland China, there are huge amount of Falun Gong practitioners who have disappeared after they went to protest or were kidnapped.
The persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP has lasted over seven years now. More different inhumane methods being used in the persecution are exposed nowadays, and the whole society has showed their broad concern and condemnation.
