Ms. Li Fengmei, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Xiongyue Township, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, has been detained and persecuted in the Women's Prison of Liaoning Province since the end of 2004. Both her physical body and mind have been tremendously damaged. On several occasions, she was on the verge of death.
Recently, Ms. Li has been tortured by being handcuffed behind her back, and hung up. She was also shocked with electric batons and tortured in other various, cruel ways. Both her arms have been broken, and she has difficulty walking. Her neck is infected, having blood and pus for a long time. The scars on Ms. Li's body are countless. Presently, her life is in constant danger.
The prison guards who have participated in persecuting Ms. Li Fengmei include Yu Chengshui, Chen Haixin, Dong Jinfeng, and Dai Jing. Other persecutors include Chen Fengyun and Sun Xiaodan.
