Falun Gong practitioners from Queensland were invited to perform once again at the annual Ekka in Queensland, held in Brisbane on August 9th-18th, 2007.

The Ekka is held by the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland and has a history of 131 years. The performance by Falun Gong practitioners last year was warmly received, so they were invited to perform again in the International Village.
Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and gave a waist drum performance, as well as performances of traditional Chinese dance and traditional instruments. The audience enjoyed the performances and some spectators asked for more information about Falun Gong.
At the Ekka, practitioners also passed out truth-clarifying materials to expose the brutal persecution in China and call for help in stopping it.
