Mr. Tang Jiuli Died Soon After He Was Taken Into Police Custody

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Tang Jiuli, who is in his seventies, was a doctor living in Xinglong Town, Yuechi County in Guang'an City, Sichuan Province. At around 4:00-5:00 p.m. on December 26th, 2007, Yuechi County Procuratorate official Tang Huaming requested that Domestic Security agents from the County Police Department and local police arrest Mr. Tang Jiuli and two other practitioners: Mr. Chen Zhixue (in his fifties) and Mr. Yang Jinzhong (in his fifties). They ransacked the three practitioners' homes and took them into custody at the Xinglong Town Police Station for several hours. Mr. Tang Jiuli died the next day at home.

Not long ago, Tang Huaming reported Mr. Chen Zhixue while he was distributing leaflets exposing the persecution and telling people the facts about Falun Gong.

Mr. Chen Zhixue and Mr. Yang Jinzhong are detained in the Yuechi Detention Centre.
