On February 3rd, the Divine Performing Arts finished its sixth Chinese New Year Splendor performance in New York City. For the past few days, Radio City Music Hall has been packed with people from many different ethnic backgrounds, all different social strata, various ages, and a wide range of countries of origin. Many people praised the Divine Performing Arts' performances as "the best," "the most beautiful," and "the purest."

"Very lucky to be able to see such an excellent performance"
Sheila, her husband, and their two children came to New York City on vacation. After they saw a poster advertising the Divine Performing Arts' Chinese New Year Splendor, they came to Radio City Music Hall to get a view of traditional Chinese culture. Sheila told the reporter that she liked the dance drama of "The Risen Lotus Flower" very much. She said, "I believe that for good people, no matter what they have suffered, what they will ultimate get will certainly be the best, because God has His criteria. I am glad to see this principle being reflected in this performance. It is of educational significance to people." Sheila's daughter said, "I saw that good people are being persecuted in China. It is an awful thing." Sheila's son said that the programmes he liked most were "Drummers of the Tang Court" and "Resounding Drums." "They were fabulous! The sound of the drums was really good and inspiring!" Sheila and her family said that they were very lucky to be able to see such an excellent performance on their New York City vacation.
"It' impossible for me to forget today's performance"
Cho came from a Korean family in New Jersey. It was his mother who saw the news that Divine Performing Arts would perform in New York City. His family also invited their friends to come to the performance with them. They obviously enjoyed what they saw. "It is full of good messages. It's impossible for me to forget today's performance," Cho's sister said. As a Korean family, they really enjoyed the dance "In the Changbai Mountains" Cho said, "The Korean dance they performed was really authentic. The lead dancer was fabulous! I'm really happy to see that the performance has included such a beautiful Korean dance." Cho liked Tenor Hong Ming's song and the "Drummers of the Tang Court." He said, "The tenor's voice was really great. The rhythm of that drum performance was really good. It was quite inspiring."
"'The Power of Awareness' enlightens people"
Mr. Zhang is in the restaurant business in Philadelphia. Today he drove to New York City specifically to see Divine Performing Arts. He told the reporter, "I see the Chinese New Year performance every year. Every programme in today's performance was very good. If I had to choose a 'best,' I think it would be 'The Power of Awareness.' It enlightens people - what people should do when facing [the choice between] good and evil."
Mr. Liang, who came from Guangzhou City in China and is now a driver in New York City's Chinatown, and his wife were pleased to tell the reporter, "We liked each programme. Each one was really good. I really hope more Chinese people can come to see this performance."
