June 6 2009 was Sweden's National Day. Staff from the Northern European Service Centre for Quitting the CCP and Falun Gong practitioners held an activity at 11:00 a.m. on Mynttorget Square in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. They displayed photos about Falun Gong and the persecution taking place in China. They hoped to expose the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the CCP's atrocity of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
At the same time, they also expressed their support for the 55 million Chinese people who have quit the CCP and its affiliated organisations. The CCP's atrocities drew attention from Swedish people and tourists from around the world. After having learned the truth, many people signed their names in a signature book to call for an end to the CCP's decade-long inhuman persecution of Falun Gong. They also expressed their support and admiration for Falun Gong practitioners for the efforts they have made in peacefully resisting the persecution.

As soon as the display boards were set up, a local woman asked a practitioner, "I know that the CCP had done a lot of bad deeds, I'm very clear that they [the CCP] have nothing but lies and deception. Only they could do these horrible bad deeds against Falun Gong. Now it's time to let more people see clearly what it [the CCP] is. What you're doing is right, I always support you. I wish you success!"
An older couple looked at all the display boards, and then kept shaking their heads and said, "They [the CCP] are really too evil!" They walked to the table to sign their names in the signature collection book.
Several tourists from Denmark were pleased to see the activity of quitting the CCP. A man told a practitioner that his younger brother often goes to China, and he sympathizes with the Chinese people who are under the CCP's rule.
A young couple looked carefully at the display boards regarding the CCP's crimes against innocent people. The young lady kept wiping tears from her eyes while looking at the photos. Both of them signed their names to support the anti-persecution efforts.
There were also many Chinese tourists in the crowd. Many of them were happy to accept the materials. They were glad to learn real information overseas that they were unable to see in China and wanted to know more about the large-scale trend of quitting the CCP.
A Chinese girl looked carefully at all display boards and took all materials. She also told a practitioner that she was unable to learn about all this in China. She believes that the information is true. She said she would visit the Epoch Times quitting-the-CCP website after returning home.
