The International Book Fair and Reading Festival was held at Messe Wien, Vienna on November 12-15, 2009. The Falun Dafa Association of Austria set up a Falun Gong book display booth to introduce Falun Gong.

Close to thirty thousand books were exhibited at the fair. Practitioners demonstrated the five Falun Gong exercises and introduced the principles of the practice during the book fair. Visitors to the fair learned about Falun Gong and the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Many bought Falun Gong books.
