The Spanish National Court recently indicted five high-ranking Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials, including former Communist Party head Jiang Zemin and his followers Luo Gan, Bo Xilai, Jia Qinglin and Wu Guanzheng on charges of genocide and torture of Falun Gong practitioners. The news has been spreading in Hong Kong and mainland China. Many Hong Kong residents and tourists from China are encouraged by this development.
When tourists from mainland China exit the train station they see large banners reading, "Falun Dafa is great," and, "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to Justice."
A Falun Gong practitioner said, "I am delighted [by the news of the court's decision]. I will follow the progress of the lawsuit by reading the Epoch Times."
Mr. Lin, a member of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG), stated, "However powerful a person is, he must be brought to justice if he has committed a crime."
Hong Kong columnist Chen Yulin said, "I was amazed upon seeing the news. It indicates that truth is in people's hearts."
Another columnist, Wu Yisan stated, "Jiang Zemin has committed many wrongdoings. The Chinese Communist Party is a rogue regime. They must be punished. I am happy to learn the news. I think that the Chinese people must be happy too."
Wu added, "I hope that more countries will follow a similar course. Falun Gong should file lawsuits against Jiang in every country."
