Ms. Huang Jiazhen from Tumen was mistreated at the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labour Camp, No. 6 Division, beginning in 2004. The local police arrested her again in January 2009, and held her at the local detention centre for six months. She was able to escape during that time, but was arrested again. She was once again sent to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labour Camp, No. 6 Division, in September 2009.
Ms. Huang held a hunger strike to protest the abuse and mistreatment, which was carried out by the criminal inmates who monitored her. With her arms and legs cuffed to four corners of a bed, she was immobilised and not released even when she needed to use the toilet. She was not released from this torture until she developed a fever and needed an IV transfusion. The labour camp officials refused to let her family visit her or bring her clothes.
Ding Caihong and Zhu Dan are division heads in charge of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners at the No. 6 Division of the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labour Camp.
