This campaign of persecution started by Jiang and targeting the hundreds of millions of people who pursue "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and their families was illegal right from the start. In the last three years, nearly one hundred million innocent Falun Gong practitioners have been persecuted, more than one hundred thousand have been imprisoned or sent to forced labour camps and mental hospitals, and thousands have been persecuted to death. And this persecution is still ongoing. This campaign of persecution is not just aimed at China's Falun Gong practitioners; it is also aimed at all people who freely believe in and pursue "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." This is unrestrained trampling of mankind's sense of justice, morality and conscience. Is it a crime to oppose this persecution by appealing through peaceful sit-ins? Of course not! Falun Gong practitioners everywhere are striving to let people and governments all over the world know the truth of this campaign of persecution and the extent of this persecution's wickedness, calling upon even more kind hearts to join together to stop this persecution -- how can this be a crime? Clearly this is creating blessings for the people of the world, because morality, justice and truth form the basis for the happiness of mankind's society, and this happiness needs to be safeguarded by mankind itself.

Without the persecution, there would be no appeal. If it is said that the appeals really brought inconveniences to people's lives, then the first group of people that have been inconvenienced are the tens of millions of Falun Gong practitioners who are steadfast in their beliefs. The ultimate culprit for creating these inconveniences is Jiang's gang. To resolve the problem at the root, the first person to be held accountable in a court of law should be Jiang, to be followed by his organization of terror, the "610 Office," and their accomplices in the Chinese Liaison Office. Otherwise, how could the public be convinced? The basis of law is justice and fairness. Hong Kong cannot have a court in which the culprits are allowed to accuse their victims first and turn upon those they have persecuted. Moreover, the evidence supports the fact that the Chinese Liaison Office's charge of "obstructing traffic"" is a completely false accusation made up by villains.

If Hong Kong, which values democracy and freedom like democratic Western countries, cannot even allow this small amount of space used by Falun Gong practitioners to peacefully appeal, then this type of inconvenience quite likely will not be just forced upon Falun Gong practitioners. All of those people who originally enjoyed democracy and freedom, especially the people of Hong Kong, would have no choice but to sell out their own convenience in order not to be persecuted by Jiang's gang. Scoundrels and villains have always taken advantage of people progressively, step by step. This is the result of their inborn nature. This time Falun Gong practitioners are peacefully appealing against persecution, but they were instead carted off into the courtroom by the Hong Kong police at the direction of the persecutors. Next time someone else might say something unfavourable about Jiang's ideologies such as the "Three Represents;" then how can you guarantee that Jiang won't indict you for your thought-crime and throw you in jail? When society goes in this direction, who is being harmed and who benefits the most? We should let every country's government; media and citizens know about this truth in a timely fashion, so that they may speak out with their voices of justice and fulfill their moral obligation to safeguard society's best interests.
