RFI: One of China’s First Satellite Researchers Detained in a Labour camp.

On the morning of January 12th, RFI [Radio France International] reported the following during its Chinese news programme to the people in the Paris region and Asian countries, including mainland China:

According to the Falun Dafa Information Centre, Ms. Yang Yueli, a former senior engineer of China’s Aeronautics Ministry, was detained in a labour camp because she practised Falun Gong. Ms. Yang Yueli, now 62 years old, once participated in the research and launch of China’s first satellite. Her son in Canada, Mr. Yang Zhendong is appealing to international communities to help rescue his mother as soon as possible.
