Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Hua Yuli, 39, lived in Houtai Village, Tianjin City. Around noon on May 22nd, 2005, she was arrested by plainclothes police officers, detained at the Xiqing District Detention Centre, and later transferred to Dabianzhuang Detention Centre. Her family was not allowed to visit her until the end of January 2006, when she was dying and was released to receive medical treatment. She was very weak as a result of being tortured in the detention centres, and her mind was not clear. Her family sent her to the hospital, where she died on June 9th, 2006.
