Liu Xiaohua and Zheng Lijun of Tumen Arrested and Their Whereabouts Unknown

Police from the Domestic Security Division of the Tumen Police Station conspired with officers at the Shixian Police Station to secretly monitor Falun Gong practitioner Liu Xiaohua’s home. They broke into her home on March 4th and arrested Ms. Liu Xiaohua, Mr. Zheng Lijun from Wangqing County, and Ms. Zhou Jujing from Hunchun. They took them to the Tumen Police Station. They then ransacked Ms. Liu's home.

Zhou Jujing is now being detained at the Anshan Detention Centre. Liu Xiaohua and Zheng Lijun were put in handcuffs and were interrogated for 24 hours non-stop. They were not allowed to sleep, and their whereabouts are currently unknown.

Ms. Liu Xiaohua is in her 30's. Her home is in Shixian Town. Mr. Zheng Lijun, in his 40's, was an employee of the Tianqiaoling Forestry Service. He has been arrested several times and was imprisoned in a forced labour camp for two years. During his detention, he suffered various tortures. After being released, he was forced to become homeless to avoid further persecution. He lived in seclusion in Shixian Town.

When Zheng Lijun was arrested, his personal savings certificate valued at around 30,000 yuan1 was taken by police.
