On May 26, 2012, Falun Gong practitioners held their weekly Falun Gong Information Day activity next to the Acropolis Museum in Athens, the capital of Greece. The practitioners set up display boards to inform passers by about the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutal persecution, and at the same time, they handed out flyers and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises to inform people about the practice's wide acceptance around the world. Many people learned the facts and expressed their support for Falun Gong. They also encouraged practitioners to keep up their efforts.

Tourists learn to do the Falun Gong exercises |
Accompanied by peaceful exercise music, some practitioners repeatedly demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises, attracting the attention of many local citizens and tourists. They stopped to watch, and some followed along with the practitioners to do the movements. Some wanted to learn the practice on the spot. The practitioners patiently taught them, while the tourists followed along one movement after another.
When practitioners told the tourists about Falun Gong and the persecution, many people wanted to learn more about the CCP's brutal persecution. Some learned the facts and signed the petition to support the effort to end the persecution. Many Chinese tourists took leaflets while passing by the information table.
Several French young ladies stopped by and learned the facts. They were shocked at the brutality of the CCP in persecuting Falun Gong. Two of them wanted to learn the exercises, and a practitioner taught them patiently.
A lady stopped to sign the petition to express her support. She said, “The CCP tortures and persecutes Falun Gong practitioners, the CCP is so inhuman!” She also asked what she could do to help. Before leaving, she took a special issue and said she wanted to learn more about the truth.
Every Saturday and Sunday, practitioners in Greece go to tourists spots in Athens and Thessaloniki, the two major cities in Greece, to spread the Fa and clarify the facts.
