Belated News: Dafa Practitioner from Jiangxi Province Tortured to Death
2003-09-25After he returned to Nanchang, he was then sent to the Nanchang County Detention Centre, where he was subjected to further brutal persecution. Only after 15 days that he was released from the detention centre, he sadly passed away. Due to the fact that the evil authorities use all possible means to hide the horrific truth of their crimes, it is only now, years later, that the knowledge of his death has come to light. -

Guanghan City Mother and Baby Suffer Unwarranted Persecution

Practitioner Sent to Forced Labour Camp After Suining City Police Extortion Scheme Fails
2003-09-24On July 16 2003, while he was out running errands, Falun Dafa practitioner Gong Suliang of Suining City, in Sichuan Province, was rudely interrogated by two local policemen, one of whose names is Han Chengzuo. They discovered a Falun Dafa book in Gong Suliang's possessions and arrested him. Gong Suliang was sent to Lingquansi Detention Centre for one month. -

Zhangshu City Brainwashing Centre Torture to Death Seventy-one-year-old Lady Practitioner
2003-09-23In November 1999, Ms. Tang had appealed for Falun Gong in Beijing. For that, she was detained at Zhangshu City Detention Centre for over seven months. The policeman interrogating her said to her, "If you give up practising Falun Gong, we will release you." Ms. Tang told him that she would keep practising. The police threatened her, saying that she would die in jail. -
Carefully Staged Event at Tuanhe Forced Labour Camp Misleads and Deceives Chinese and Foreign Reporters
2003-09-23The Tuanhe Labour Camp also set up a detention branch that did not use overt violence, and so could be used to showcase the "education through labour accomplishments" and a "civilized window" to deceive people. Mr. Yang Baoli, former branch lead, once proclaimed, "Branch 5 forbids physical punishment or any crude mistreatment!" Actually, this and the new branch dorm, built later for camp personnel, were just a show for outside visitors. Upon arriving at Branch 5, the two new practitioners were forbidden to talk to other detainees, and thus, they did not know what the actual situation was for other firm practitioners. -
Police Atrocities in Deyang Forced Labour Camp
2003-09-23Because I did not give up the belief of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," I was cruelly tortured on four separate occasions in one year. Later I was transferred to another prison section. This section used the excuse of military training to physically punish and torment steadfast practitioners. We were woken up at 5:00 a.m. every morning and forced to stand facing a wall for a long period of time while all other prisoners were still sleeping. -
Sichuan Province Elementary School Students Forced to Watch a Movie Defaming Falun Dafa
2003-09-22For the duration of the movie, several people guarded every exit. They asked students to stay put even if students didn't want to watch. The evil people twisted one student's ears and slapped his face when he walked out of the theatre. The student was so frightened that he cried. 7 Hellish Days in Straitjacketed Torture Chamber for Dafa Practitioner
2003-09-22For seven days from March 13 to 20, 2002, Dafa practitioner Mr. Xiong Jinze had been imprisoned in a guard chamber by Xinkaipu Forced Labour Camp, Changsha City, Hunan Province. The guard chamber is approximately two meters long, one meter wide, and two meters high, with double iron gates. It has a cement bench, a toilet, and a water tap. One has to eat, live, and relieve oneself inside this hellish chamber.
