"Regrettably, it confirms our earlier conclusion, that the government of China and its agencies in numerous parts of the country, in particular in hospitals but also detention centers and ‘people’s courts’ have put to death a large but unknown number of Falun Gong prisoners of conscience since 1999. Their vital organs, including hearts, kidneys, livers and corneas were virtually, simultaneously seized involuntarily for sale at high prices, sometimes to foreigners who normally face long waits for voluntary donations of such organs in their home countries.” -
Regaining My Life
2007-03-13I'm a 21 year old woman living in a remote mountain area in Gansu Province of China. I'm a practitioner who started to practise Falun Gong in 2002. I feel that it was only since I began to practise did my life truly begin, as my first 20 years were controlled by illness. When I was only a little girl, I had already suffered from tracheitis, hepatitis and gastroenteritis. There was a problem with my eyes as well. My eyesight deteriorated and my eyes were red and swollen. Each day I had to take medicine and injections. The various illnesses made me very weak. Though my parents kept taking me to see different doctors, the doctors could not help either. -
Turkey: Raising Awareness about the Persecution of Falun Gong at Mersin University

Russia: Introducing Falun Gong in Pjatigorsk Medical School

Falun Gong practitioners in Russia held a workshop to introduce Falun Dafa in Pjatigorsk Medical School, a secondary specialised school which trains medical staff. Its curriculum offers courses on how morality affects health. After Falun Gong practitioners introduced Falun Gong to the leaders of the school, the leaders decided to introduce Falun Gong to the students. -

The “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance” Art Exhibition was held in Amstetten. Members of the “Coming for You” Choir assured a festive ambiance during the opening. The visitors were surprised that choir of Austrian singers performed songs in Chinese. The impact of this was shown by the guests’ complete silence and total attentiveness to the exhibited pictures. -
Germany: First Performance of the NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular a Great Hit in Berlin

Denmark's Second Biggest City Plans to End its Friendship with Harbin City in China

Finland: Finnish People Condemn the Persecution of Falun Gong and Show their Support for Practitioners
2007-03-08Practitioners in Finland set up a display of photographs and posters to inform local people about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. During the activity practitioners distributed leaflets and other information, talked with passersby and collected signatures for a petition calling for an end to the vicious persecution of this wholly peaceful spiritual practice. -
Danish Newspaper Publishes Statement from an NGO Condemning the Brutal Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in Harbin
2007-03-08"On January 23rd of this year, we in the Network for Human Rights in China sent a letter to the Lord Mayor of Aarhus, Nicolai Wammen, urging him to freeze the cultural exchanges with Harbin, Aarhus’ chinese twinned city, until the Harbin authorities stop the torture and killings of Falun Gong practitioners held in the city’s many labour camps and detention centres. We are happy to see that Lord Mayor Wammen has taken the case seriously and asked the Foreign Ministry to investigate the matter. It is also encouraging to see that many of the City Council’s members are taking the case seriously." -
United Kingdom: Falun Dafa Group Invited to Cambridge University

The Cambridge Falun Dafa group were invited to the "Big Chill" student event at Cambridge University on Sunday, March 4th. The event was held in King's College and intended to introduce students to relaxing alternatives to help reduce stress. Many students were interested to hear about Falun Dafa and watch the exercise demonstrations. -
People Treasured Seeing the Divine Performing Arts in Berlin

Germany: Solemn Chinese Consulate Protest Continues Despite the Storm

Frankfurt Falun Gong practitioners organised a solemn protest at the Chinese Consulate to expose to the Consulate staff and passersby the persecution of Falun Gong by China’s Communist Party. A photographer from one of the larger Frankfurt newspapers passed by and asked us if he could take a photo of them holding banners with the Consulate in the background. -
Article from the Irish Medical Times: Prisoners Executed for Organs Claim
2007-03-06"Western countries are beginning to pay high-level attention to accusations that Chinese authorities are killing jailed members of the banned Falun Gong spiritual movement in order to sell their body parts for organ transplants, reports suggest. A subcommittee of the US House of Representatives held a hearing on the accusations on 29th September while the issue was also raised at foreign minister level at the China-European Union summit meeting on 9th September in Helsinki." -
Russia: Perseverance in the Harsh Moscow Winter
