The police asked Hanmei: "Did you know that man?" Hanmei said that she did not know him. The police asked again: "If you did not know him, why did you give him money?" She said: "As a practitioner, if someone has difficulty, we will help him out." Hanmei continued to say to the police: "Whatever we do, it is for people to know the truth of Dafa. We gave up a lot of things, but it is for more people not to be cheated by the lies." After listening to her, some of the policemen's hearts were touched. Two of the police said: "We do not understand why we are sending such a good person like you to jail." -
Where Does the Money Come From?
2004-05-31Some people wonder about where the money comes from for Falun Gong activities. They often ask us how we are able to print materials to clarify the truth, hold activities, and host big events. They wonder, "Where does the money come from to cover your expenses?" Then, not knowing the facts, they wrongly speculate that Falun Gong must have political supporters or donors. In fact, nobody has been able to provide evidence to support this conclusion because it doesn't exist. -

Local Villager Suggests Best Places to Post Truth-clarifying Flyers
2004-05-25It was around midnight when we arrived at the second village. When we were posting the flyers there, an elderly villager appeared in front of us and asked curiously, "What are you doing?" We told him, "We are Falun Gong practitioners, we are posting our truth-clarifying flyers." The villager asked us for some materials. Unfortunately we did not have any with us other than the homemade flyers. When we told him this, he said, "Can I have a flyer, then?" -

2004-05-21A free environment is required for Falun Gong practice, so practitioners can go to parks to practice in the morning, and study the Fa in the evening. It is not a high requirement because practitioners do not require the government to spend any money or human resources. Instead, they only request the government not spread hate propaganda. -

Since she learned that practising Falun Gong can improve health and upgrade morality she asked me if I could teach her younger brother the exercises. Soon after that, this student told me that “Falun Gong is very effective” and that not only was her younger brother’s health back to normal, but his temper also became good. -
