  • Nina Gumpold’s Statement After Participating in the Tiananmen Square Appeal

For over two years now I have followed the happenings in China and around the world and am trying my best, as do most practitioners, to intervene with all my ability for the propagation of truth and beg for help for the practitioners in China.
  • Western Tourist's Eyewitness Account of Brutal Incident in Tiananmen Square

...her small protest was certainly not in vain as it has certainly caused at least 8 foreign adults to be more aware of both the Falun [Gong] and the brutal repression of it's members in China. I greatly admire that lady for her courage and bravery and pray for her safety.
  • Swedish Practitioner, Maria Sahlin: My Experience on Tiananmen Square

Why did I go to China and peacefully appeal for Falun Gong on the Tiananmen Square? I wanted to cherish the right to believe in and act according to the characteristics “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance.”

  • To all Chinese Employers: Falun Gong Creates Good People

Meanwhile, in the memory of all those innocent people who died due to the persecution for practising Falun Gong I will go to China to, from the bottom of my heart, appeal for:• the end of the persecution• the release of all innocent Falun Gong practitioners• the right to practise Falun Gong in peace.
  • The Peculiar Immorality of the Persecution of Falun Gong

A paper presented to "Morality in the 21st Century" at the University of Delaware
  • An Appeal from a Practitioner's Family Member: Stand Up to the Evil and Reduce the Persecution

My older sister is a dedicated practitioner of Falun Dafa. Ever since July of 1999, she has been arrested and beaten on many different occasions. My sister is such a good person, and she has done nothing wrong! To all family members of practitioners: aren't your family members who practise Falun Gong all kind people as well? If they are kind people, then why are you afraid to acknowledge it? Use your own judgment to distinguish the righteous from the evil, and also, don't be afraid of the suppression from those who hold power and let your family members suffer any further.
  • Living Beings Need "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance"

The terrorist attack reminded me of another issue, which is that nothing other than mankind's morality and the protection of God can help us or keep us from being harmed. Even in the U.S., a country with the most developed scientific technology and the most advanced military forces, a tragedy involving the loss of thousands of lives in a single day could still happen. How can anyone, in any country, still consider himself safe? In the face of such an unexpected tragedy, scientific technology, wealth, power, prosperity, and other pursuits in a human world built upon materialism, cannot be compared with the preciousness of the first cry of a newborn baby.
  • A Non-practitioner's Fair Words about Falun Gong

"Although I don't practise Falun Gong, I think those who do are purely good people. They act according to what their Teacher says, "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." Does our country fear too many good people? Is enduring, being kind, and telling the truth a bad thing? Therefore, here I want to say a few fair words: the country's ban on Falun Gong couldn't be more wrong."

  • NTDTV Gala: "This is Real Chinese Traditional Culture"

In contemporary China, everything must be in praise of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). But people know in their hearts that the CCP is evil, since few people have not suffered from the Party. The CCP controls the power to force people to work for it; so can people be happy doing it? Coming neither from the hearts of artists nor speaking for the people, of course, the art works made in such circumstances are not touching. So we can put it this way: leaving the CCP's shadow, Chinese people can finally find their true selves and create genuine art works, and show the world the real meaning of Chinese culture."
