  • Sweden: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day in Gothenburg

    May 13, 2013 was the 14th World Falun Dafa Day, the 21st anniversary of Falun Dafa's introduction to the world, and also the 62nd birthday of Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Gong. Falun Gong practitioners in Gothenburg, Sweden gathered on May 13 to celebrate the special occasion at Slottsskogen, the largest natural park in Gothenburg.
  • Russia: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day

    May 13, 2013 was the 14th World Falun Dafa Day. Russian Dafa practitioners in St. Petersburg celebrated the special day at Finland Station Square near the banks of the Neva River. Practitioners wished Master Li Hongzhi (the founder of Falun Dafa) a Happy Birthday, and expressed their thanks to Master Li. They also demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and introduced the practice to passersby.
  • Germany: Celebrating the 14th Annual World Falun Dafa Day

    German Falun Gong practitioners celebrated the 14th annual World Falun Dafa Day near the town hall on Marienplatz Square in Bavaria on May 10, 2013. They also wished Master Li a happy birthday.
  • Russia: Celebrating the 21st Anniversary of Falun Dafa's Introduction to the Public

    Falun Dafa practitioners in Russia spent two days celebrating the 21 st anniversary of Falun Dafa's public introduction in Bauman Park and at the Botanical Gardens, respectively. Joyous waist drumming on the stage in Bauman Park kicked off the day's celebration at noon on May 11. Practitioners also demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises.
  • Greece: An Ancient Practice in an Ancient Land

    Falun Dafa, an ancient cultivation practice of mind and body based on the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, is practised and cherished throughout the world by people from all walks of life. Over the last 20-plus years, since Mr. Li Hongzhi first brought the practice to the public in China, Falun Dafa has been embraced in over 100 countries.
  • Chinese Tourists Eager to Quit the CCP at Scenic Spots in Europe on Chinese Lunar New Year

    On February 27, 2013, Europe was a world of ice and snow. Even so, buses arrived at the scenic spots one after another, fully loaded with tourists from Mainland China. The Chinese Lunar New Year is a very popular time for Chinese from the Mainland to take their vacation, and many students also have their winter break, so there are many families who bring their children for some sightseeing.
  • Finland: Falun Gong Practitioners Call for a Stop to the Persecution on World Human Rights Day

    On December 10, 2012, World Human Rights Day, Falun Gong practitioners in Finland held a candlelight vigil on Helsinki Railway Station Square. The vigil was both a solemn protest of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutal 13-year persecution of Falun Gong and a memorial to the practitioners in mainland China who have lost their lives in the persecution.
  • Promoting Falun Gong in Albania, Montenegro, and Macedonia

    For the first two weeks of December, practitioners in Europe visited three countries on the Balkan Peninsula: Albania, Montenegro and Macedonia. They talked to people about Falun Gong and how the meditation practice is being persecuted in China.
  • Germany: Introducing Falun Gong at a Health Expo in Mannheim

    From January 18 to 20, 2013, Falun Gong practitioners from Germany participated in a health expo held at Rheingold Hall in Mannheim, and introduced Falun Gong to the local citizens.
  • Ireland: Practitioners Collect Signatures to Call for a Thorough Investigation into the Chinese Regime's Organ Harvesting Crimes

    To inform the public of the Chinese regime's organ harvesting crimes against Falun Gong prisoners of conscience, starting on October 11, 2012, Falun practitioners in Ireland have continuously collected signatures on streets such as Grafton and O'Connell, the busiest streets in Dublin's city centre. The petition calls for the United Nations to stop this crime against humanity.
  • Germany: Practitioners Hold Two Events to Celebrate World Human Rights Day

    On December 8 and 12, Falun Dafa practitioners held two events in Dortmund, Germany, to celebrate this year's World Human Rights Day. Their banners and informational brochures drew attention to the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) ongoing persecution of Falun Dafa in China and its crime of harvesting organs from living Dafa practitioners.
  • United Kingdom: British People Condemn the CCP’s Organ Harvesting Atrocities

    Every Saturday, activities to raise awareness about Falun Gong and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s persecution are held on St. Martin Square in downtown London. But the situation on October 20, 2012 was a bit different. The major focus of the day was to collect signatures condemning the CCP's brutal crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
  • Tourists from China Quit the CCP at Sightseeing Locations in Europe

    It is the off-season for travelling in Europe, but a few tourist groups from China are still visiting. On November 12, 2012, within two or three hours at a sightseeing place, 86 tourists quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. Practitioners ran out of leaflets.
  • Germany: People in Hamburg Support Falun Gong, Call for End to Persecution and Live Organ Harvesting in China

    On Saturday, October 20, roads and pedestrian streets in downtown Hamburg were packed with tourists, citizens, street artists and all kinds of information booths. Falun Gong practitioners set up an information table and staged a re-enactment of illegal organ harvesting in Spitalerstrasse. People came in a steady stream to listen to the facts and sign the petition.
  • Italy: Introducing Falun Gong in Puglia

    In October, practitioners organized a public screening of the movie, Free China: The Courage to Believe. The local branch of Amnesty International co-sponsored the screening. The theatre was packed. Many people in the audience had never heard about Falun Gong before, and they were shocked by the brutality of the persecution perpetrated on such a peaceful practice.
