Mr. Tang Cibao, 55, was a teacher employed by the 7319 (Military) Factory Family School. He lived in Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. In May 2006, agents of the Yongzhou City Domestic Security Division ransacked his home, took his computer, printer, TV, and cash. He was forced to leave home to avoid being arrested.

In January 2007, someone reported that Mr. Tang had returned to his home. Officer Feng Defu arrested him on February 2nd, 2007, and took him to Xinkaipu Forced Labour Camp to serve a two year term. Mr. Tang lost 70 pounds due to the brutal mistreatment he suffered in the Camp. He had no energy to talk, and developed serious liver disease (hydrocephaly). The Camp Administration ordered his family to pick him up in October 2007, and he died on May 13th, 2008.
