    The International Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Art Exhibition was held on January 10-20, 2012 at a gallery in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. This was the seventh time that the art exhibition has been held in Ukraine.
  • The Irish Times: Falun Gong Practitioners Call for an End to the Persecution

    According to The Irish Times on February 20, about 50 Falun Gong practitioners on February 19 called for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong, saying that “practitioners have been tortured, been imprisoned, and had their organs harvested since 1999.”
  • Austria: Practitioners Introduce Falun Dafa at Life Expo

    A Life Expo was held January 22 and 23, in Graz, Austria. Falun Dafa practitioners participated in the event. They introduced the cultivation practice of Falun Dafa to visitors and demonstrated the five sets of exercises in the broad space beside their booth. Their shimmering golden exercise outfits and graceful exercise movements drew visitors to watch for a long time.
  • The Epoch Times: Chinese Embassy Interfering with Performance at London Theatre

    Shen Yun Performing Arts has graced many of the world’s most prestigious stages over the last several years, captivating audiences and earning a reputation as the world’s pre-eminent Chinese performing arts company. But Shen Yun’s mission to revive the 5,000 years of divinely inspired culture of China has brought with it pressure and interference from the regime in China with diplomats using various methods to try to derail performances. London is the latest place for this interference, where the local promoters say that the Chinese Embassy has been putting pressure on the upper management of the theatre.
  • Russia: Falun Dafa Group Invited to Perform and Raise Awareness at a Community Event

    On December 23 and 24, local Falun Gong practitioners were invited to perform at an event held by a police training center in Moscow. Practitioners performed a traditional Chinese lion dance and dragon dance outside, and a “celestial maiden” dance inside, which were warmly welcomed by the audience.
  • Finland: Introducing Dafa and Exposing the Persecution in Helsinki

    Practitioners in Helsinki, Finland gathered at the central railway station on December 31, 2011, to expose the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and to call for people to work together to bring an end to the persecution in China.
  • Sweden: Practitioners Expose the Persecution at a Conference Held by “Support Human Rights in China” Organization

    On December 11, 2011, one day after International Human Rights Day, Sweden's Support Human Rights in China (SHRIC) organization held a conference on Fair Trade at the Stockholm Convention Centre. At the same time, it set up a booth at the Fair Trade Christmas Market to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) crimes of suppressing human rights and to remind people that many hand-made products exported from China to Europe and the U.S. were manufactured by prisoners of conscience held in forced labour camps.

    The Art of Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance International Exhibition was held in Kotlas on December 6-18, 2011. The art exhibition moved many visitors to tears and many promised to return with their relatives and friends as they were leaving. Almost every visitor wrote comments in the guestbook expressing support and appreciation for the exhibition.
  • Ukraine: Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference Held in Odessa

    On December 10 and 11, Falun Gong practitioners from Ukraine held a large scale Fa study and experience sharing conference in Odessa. Practitioners from Moldova also attended the conference. Practitioners held group exercises and other activities to raise awareness about Falun Gong and the persecution in China.
  • Finland: Practitioners Hold Candlelight Vigil on Human Rights Day

    On the evening of December 10, 2011, International Human Rights Day, at Helsinki's central railway station, Falun Gong practitioners in Finland held a candlelight vigil to mourn the practitioners who have died as a result of the persecution. Many people signed the petition to support practitioners' efforts.

    On December 4, the first Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference in Finland was held in Helsinki. More than 10 practitioners presented experience-sharing articles.
  • Poland: Introducing Falun Dafa in Kielce

    On November 26, 2011, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in Kielce, a 900-year-old historic city in Southeast Poland, to introduce Falun Gong to the local people. It was very chilly with a cold breeze blowing when the practitioners arrived in downtown Kielce on a Sunday morning.
  • Italy: Exposing the CCP's Human Rights Abuses in Chinatown, Prato

    The city of Prato, Italy, hosts one of the largest Chinese communities in Europe. In the summertime practitioners assemble in the park on Colombo Street, where Chinese people often gather for social activities. Practitioners display a Falun Gong banner, hand out materials, and practice the five exercises.
  • Finland: Falun Gong Practitioners Collect Signatures on International Human Rights Day

    December 4, 2011 was International Human Rights Day. Falun Gong practitioners from Rovanieni, Finland, took this opportunity to expose the brutal persecution of Falun Gong in China to the public. They collected signatures in support of Falun Gong and called upon Finnish people to help stop the persecution.
  • Germany: Candlelight Vigil Held in Freiburg Condemning the Persecution of Falun Gong

    On December 10, International Human Rights Day, Falun Gong practitioners held a candlelight vigil in downtown Freiburg, condemning the 12-year-long persecution of Falun Gong in China. Practitioners displayed pictures of Falun Gong practitioners who died as a result of torture in China. In the last 12 years, 3463 people died in the persecution.
