  • German Newspaper: A Chinese Man's Happy Time in Dortmund

    Before Christmas, Ruhr Nachrichten, a local newspaper in Dortmund, published a story about a Chinese family, titled "A Chinese Man's Happy Time in Dortmund". The Guo family, of Chinese origin, lived 5000 miles apart. They were recently reunited in the German city of Dortmund. The family just celebrated their first Christmas together.
  • FDI: Spanish Court Indicts Top Communist Party Officials for Torture, Genocide of Falun Gong

    "In an unprecedented decision, a Spanish judge has indicted five high-ranking Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials for their role in crimes of torture and genocide committed against Falun Gong practitioners. Among the defendants is former CCP head Jiang Zemin, widely acknowledged as the chief instigator of the campaign to “eradicate” the spiritual practice."
  • The Epoch Times: Spanish Judge Calls Top Chinese Officials to Account for Genocide

    In a groundbreaking case, following a two-year investigation, a Spanish judge has accepted charges of genocide and torture in a case filed against five high-ranking CCP officials for their role in the persecution of Falun Gong. This is the first time that a court has recognised the campaign against the group as legally fitting the definition of genocide. If the defendants were in Spain, the Court could call them before the Judge for a hearing.

    On July 21st, 2009, Swedish Daily, the third largest newspaper in Sweden, carried an article entitled “The Meditation Against Suppression” to cover the candlelight vigil at the Chinese Embassy organised by Swedish Falun Gong practitioners to commemorate the thousands of Falun Gong practitioners killed by the communist regime in China.

  • Article from Iceland's Morgunbladid: "Protesting the Persecution of Falun Gong"

The announcement from the Associations states that former Chinese state leader Jiang Zemin considered the large group of practitioners as a personal threat.
