Belated News: Healthy Young Man Tortured to Death by Guangzhou City Mental Hospital

Dafa practitioner Liang Huabing was from Erping, Guangdong Province. In the summer of 2000, Liang went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. However, Liang was captured at the Guangzhou Railway Station by the police. Liang was sent to a mental hospital in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, where he suffered from all kinds of torture. Later this mental hospital informed Liang's family to bail him out. At that time, Liang was extremely weak and had oedema all over his body. Shortly after returning home, Liang passed away, at the age of no more than 20.
