Spain: Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference Held in Barcelona

Sheila, a young Western practitioner, talked about the changes practicing cultivation for two and a half years brought her. Before she began to practice, a thought suddenly came to her mind one day: “There is a diamond in China.” She didn’t know what that meant, but a few days later, she met Falun Dafa practitioners raising awareness about the persecution in China. Although she was shocked by the extent of the brutality, she was curious about this cultivation practice from China. It was tough when she first began studying the Fa, but the teachings provided answers to many questions that she had about the purpose of life. After following the principles for a period of time, she discovered that she was no longer depressed and she understood the meaning of life.Her health improved as well. The menstrual pain that affected her disappeared. Her attitude towards things also changed. She realized that in the past, when she argued and lost her temper when things did not go her way, she was being interfered with. Now, she is able to face everything calmly, look inside for attachments or desires, and see the problem from the perspective of Falun Dafa’s principles, Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance.Her friends and family were surprised by her transformation. Her mother said that Sheila became peaceful and healthy after practicing Dafa. Her best friend told her that she hopes she too can be positive like Sheila.

Germany: 2023 Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference Held

Inspired by an article on Minghui and while looking inward, Ms. Zheng discovered her fundamental attachment was that she felt that the teachings of Dafa aligned with the human values she was taught. “All along, I did not discover this fundamental attachment, so, of course I could not get rid of it.” “When I examined my thoughts, I found that I used the ways of conducting oneself as a standard to judge many people and things. I thought I was right to be angry with employees who did not do things the right way or were not hardworking. That’s because in my mind, I thought my values of conducting myself in human society were correct.”
When she put her mind to eliminating this attachment, she felt Master helped her. “I clearly felt Master remove a huge material substance. The displeasure and resentment I had towards other practitioners became weak as if they were just a tiny black substance on the surface. They no longer control my emotions.”

Through teaching the exercises on the internet, spreading Dafa and saving the worlds people

Up until now, we had already taught the exercises online for a whole year. This year, close to 400 people attended our online classes, came to know what Falun Gong is, and learned how to practice the exercises. -
