Some New Thoughts After the Trip to Geneva

After my trip to Geneva, I have got some new understandings that I would like to share with you.

The old forces first create some so-called test to see if we have attachments, then they wait and observe, and depending on the results they either attack more viciously when they have something to latch onto, or are sent off or even destroyed when their tests are noticed and passed. They are helpless when we don’t have the attachment and are destroyed by our righteous thoughts. [...]

I believe it is very important that we really change ourselves inside and not get disoriented or distracted by the evil tests. The evil is very devious. We should not under estimate it, because that will be our loophole. We must consciously and knowingly eliminate it, being clear about everything. We know the outcome, and we know why we are still trying and still here. The evil just wants to have its own way and wants to take as many lives with it as it falls down and is eliminated, but we can’t let that happen. They are so attached to doing things their way that they stubbornly try things just to make a point This is totally illogical. They hold onto loopholes and that’s how they exists.

We must keep our eyes open. Once the evil finds something it keeps on digging.

I think we should not only do things, but improve from the inside as well; all that we come across is also cultivation. I just feel that I do not always do Dafa work out of understanding and out of compassion. I feel that sometimes I don’t do something with my heart; instead of doing one thing right, I run around everywhere and try to do everything. The result is that, it may look from the outside that I do alot, but in reality I don’t. Sometimes it might be like “they are doing it so I guess I should too” or “that’s what true disciples do” - it might be what true disciples do, but that shouldn’t be the reason why I do it; I should truly understand why I do it. It is very important for us to create a righteous cultivation environment by correcting ourselves, which will positively manifest in our work and in this human dimension. We are Fa-rectification disciples, we must do what our Master wants us to do!

The above is my current understanding. It might be obvious to everyone else. Please correct me if you find anything wrong.
