Falun Gong practitioners from Finland participated in the “I Love Me” expo at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre, October 18-20, 2019. The expo featured beauty, health, fashion, jewelry, watches, and lifestyles. Many visitors attended the event.
Practitioners demonstrated the exercises and raised awareness of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution. Many people expressed their willingness to help stop the persecution. During the three-day event, practitioners held a workshop and taught visitors the five-sets of Falun Gong exercises. Many people learned the exercises on the spot.
When Auli heard that the main reason for the CCP’s persecution was that practitioners outnumbered CCP members she said, “I believe it. The CCP would do such a thing.”

Jan-Mikael met a practitioner he's known for fifteen years at the expo. He said, “I want to sign the petition to support you. I see a lot of information on the Internet and I keep track of the latest information about the persecution.”
Minna, a colleague of another practitioner, was surprised to see her at the expo. She said, “I'd like you to show me how to practice.”
She looked at the banner with the words of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, the principles of Falun Gong, said, “We need this. I need more forbearance.”
Upon learning about the CCP’s persecution, she was appalled. She took some information and said that she would read it.
Tarja was staffing the booth across from the practitioners. She said, “I know that the live organ harvesting is really happening.”
She said that she was touched by practitioners' selfless efforts for so many years.
She used her mobile phone to take a photo with a practitioner and posted it on her social media. She wrote, “I'm very happy to meet Falun Gong practitioners. They practice meditation.”
Miranda, a teacher, said that she had never heard of Falun Gong before. When she learned about the CCP’s live organ harvesting, she said, “There is no hope left for the CCP.”
She asked how she could help. “If we don’t buy Chinese-made products, would it help?” Before she left Miranda said, “Thank you very much. What you are doing is very important.”
