Since she has begun practising Falun Gong, she often says to me, "I will check myself with 'Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance' every single moment. I want to become an altruistic, selfless enlightened being who thinks of others first." She became especially tender. No matter what she does, she always cares for others first and never herself. Sometimes I lost my temper, but she tolerated me. The village officials and fellow villagers all praised her for being a good daughter-in-law who acted as a dutiful daughter. As for the neighbours, she always helped them and never quarrelled. Now I can really feel the happiness and warmth of family.
It would be so wonderful if everyone in our country practised Falun Gong! Families would be happy and harmonious without any conflicts, and society would be stable without any corrupt officials. If the people would pursue virtue, the nation would certainly become affluent and powerful. After they learned "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance", people would bring countless benefits to the society and no harm at all.
Although I don't practise Falun Gong, I think those who do are purely good people. They act according to what their Teacher says, "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." Does our country fear too many good people? Is enduring, being kind, and telling the truth a bad thing? Therefore, here I want to say a few fair words: the country's ban on Falun Gong couldn't be more wrong. All people are able to judge Falun Gong fairly in their hearts.
Note: the author of this article described to the village and town officials the changes in his wife after she practised Falun Gong. He wanted to say some fair words for Falun Gong, so he wrote this article.
