I have already provided a letter joining your group in preventing the DOJ from stopping the lawsuit. In addition, I did a proclamation for Falun Gong in October 2002.

I appreciate your effort to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day and wish you the best. I've included a copy of my proclamation for your use.
