On the days of the Festival, the practitioners had lots of opportunities to spread Dafa, tell people the facts, support bringing the Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin to justice, and collect signatures to rescue our relatives and friends who are being persecuted in China. After the practitioners explained the facts to them, some people who were prejudiced against Falun Dafa quickly signed their names and took away leaflets.
Many people had seen the practitioners at the fair last year. They asked whether last years signature collection had had a good effect. They were pleased to hear yes from the practitioners, and put down their names immediately on the new signature form. Some asked us whether we were the people who went to the Chinese Consulate every week. They wanted to know what we were doing because they would usually blow their carhorns every time they drove by. Now they understand more about the situation. We also demonstrated the exercises. Although the practitioners were the last to apply, a place to demonstrate the exercises was still provided by the Festival organiser. The exercise demonstration and the beautiful Dafa music attracted a lot of people.
We have one very moving story from this fair. An Iranian family came towards our exhibition booth. The parents explained to their six-year-old daughter about what we were doing and the reasons for collecting signatures. Without any hesitation, the little girl said what we were doing is very good. She then asked if she could sign her name. She signed her name as soon as the practitioner replied, Sure! Her parents said, Since our daughter signed her name, we will sign ours, too. They picked up leaflets and left happily. This made me even more firm and resolute in clarifying the truth of Dafa to as many people as possible.
