The annual Dallas International Festival is the largest pageant in the north Texas area to display traditional cultures of different countries. This year, the International Festival was held on November 8-9 at St. Marks School in Dallas. The two-day activity attracted streams of people from different countries. The "International Stage," "American Stage," and "Children's Stage" were set up separately in several halls to display unique traditional cultures of different countries. Dallas Falun Gong practitioners were approved to show the Falun Gong exercise instruction video at the booth and distribute Dafa truth-clarifying materials. They also put on two performances on the "International Stage."
Saturday morning, Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated the five sets of the Falun Gong exercises on the stage. Moreover, to make the activity successful and to display the beauty of Falun Dafa to more people, a dance group composed of Falun Gong practitioners created a new dance based on the music "Walking between Heaven and Earth," composed by a Dafa practitioner.
In the afternoon performance, practitioners in bright and splendid Chinese traditional costumes danced elegantly on the stage and drew the attention of all audience members. In the end, the dance reached the climax with two practitioners holding a banner reading "Falun Dafa is great!" and one practitioner holding a lotus flower.
