Falun Dafa practitioner Chen Aizhong, a 33-year male, was a resident of Canfangying Village of Beixinbao Township, in the city of Zhangjiakou, Hailai County, Hebei Province. On September 12th of this year, he was arrested and sent to Team Six of Hehuakeng Labour Camp in Tangshan, Hebei Province. In an attempt to force him to give up his practice of Falun Gong, the police and some of the inmates subjected him to all kinds of torture. He was beaten by police officer Wang Yulin and inmate Liu Zenghua; he was tied up with rope and shocked with an electric baton, etc.
To protest such inhuman torture, Chen Aizhong went on a hunger strike. On the seventh day of his hunger strike, he was force-fed by Wang Yulin and some inmates. On the ninth day, Wang Yulin again directed inmates to force-feed Chen Aizhong. During the force-feeding, at 3.30pm, Chen's heart stopped beating and his pupils dilated. This information comes from an eyewitness.
Also present at the force-feeding were camp officials and police officers from other teams. Later, they sent Chen's corpse to Tangshan People's Hospital for "emergency treatment."
Another Falun Dafa practitioner, Zhang Xiaoqi from Zhuolu County, Zhang Jiakou City, was beaten and electrically shocked at Team Six. As a result, he lost all feeling in his legs and could not walk. Later he was transferred to Team Three, where the police claimed that he could not walk because he had some psychological problem.
