Poem: Pondering Zhen Shan Ren

Editors Note: Zhen, Shan, Ren can be translated as 'Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance'. These are the three principles of Falun Gong.

Pondering Zhen

Cycles of spanning endlessly time,
Instantly flashing all in rhyme
Existing within one infinite continuance
Under grand grace, beyond benevolence.

Angrily screaming, joyfully laughing
Happily singing, sadly crying
Lost and searching again
And again, looking, looking
Without end

Piercing from our forgotten eternity,
Shaking the foundations of all uncertainty,
Relativity and judgement finding guidance,
In the symmetry of Truth Benevolence and Forbearance.

All beings having reason to celebrate,
Receiving this heavenly Law, Truly Great
Remembering that memorable mid-May day
In 1992, that was our first,
Falun Dafa Day

Pondering Shan

Selfishness or anger lost in pain,
Struggling or fighting all in vain.
Meditation and movements purity cleansing,
Virtuous enlightenment truly transcending.

Sacrificing any and all self interests,
Beyond every sentiment, true benevolence,
Free and clear for all to hear,
World wide spreading,
Nothing to fear.

With good there’s evil and hegemonic tyranny
The middle kingdoms demon, unacceptable jealousy
Lies, economic dominance, deceptive fertility,
Confused nations chasing, illusions of prosperity.

Crimes Against Humanity, the substance of it all
Peoples without virtue can only fall
Trapped under pressure of what to do,
Don’t misunderstand, we are trying
To help you

Pondering Ren

Crystalline guidance lasting eternity,
Unshakable divinity, diamond like solidity,
Unwavering planted, firmly on the ground,
Rationally follow our teachings so profound.

Any and all suffering we have borne,
Within the Great Law never forlorn,
Faith and enlightenment truly strong,
We will continue, no matter
How long

Wishing not to move this society
Our goal, a heavenly paradise, majestic purity
Rise and fall, all things come and gone
An ancient, undone cycle, elapsed, foregone.

Truth Benevolence and Forbearance the only exception,
For without which, even the divine need salvation.
To our Master and disciples killed on the way,
Our deepest immortal respect, on this years
Falun Dafa Day
