Falun Dafa practitioners all understand that we should regard Dafa as our guide, remove our attachments in the process of cultivation and ultimately assimilate to the characteristic of the universe. The cultivation way that Master leaves us is a great way that is formless, without organisational format and leaders.
However, I have noticed a phenomenon: some practitioners mix the concept of "no organisation, no leaders" with the bad behaviour of not following rules and not obeying leaders' orders in everyday society. In some Dafa activities, these practitioners are self-opinionated and even resist the coordinator's advice by using ordinary people's tactics.
There also exists a contrary scenario, in which some practitioners are always "good people" and never express opposing opinions to others. This is in fact a tactic used by ordinary people to protect themselves. When manifested among practitioners, such a phenomenon presents itself in the following way: these practitioners never express their opposing opinions to the coordinator, nor do they share their understanding of cultivation with others. They may express their opposition in private though.
My understanding is that both of the above two phenomena do not conform to the requirements of the Fa1. In order to validate the Fa, we need to coordinate with each other well and relinquish our own attachments. However, harmonisation among practitioners is not the same as ignoring principles or forcing others to accept our opinions in everyday society.
