The Grand Day Parade was held in the city of Minneapolis in July. Falun Gong practitioners' procession appeared in this parade for the first time and won rounds upon rounds of applauses. Many people happily waved their hands towards the Falun Gong practitioners who were taking part in the parade. Some made hand gesture as letter "V" to wish practitioners success in stopping the persecution with their peaceful movements. Most people, including Chinese people, were willing to accept materials regarding the true facts about Falun Gong that were handed out. The parade organiser appreciated our float very much. She said to us, "Thank you for bringing us such a beautiful float!"
