On November 14th, 2004, a School-wide Games was held in celebration of the forty-eighth anniversary of Dapu Elementary School of Miaoli County, Taiwan. Second on the program was a demonstration of the five sets of Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) exercises. It had the most participants among all the programs and made a fine spectacle. The beautiful exercise music brought a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere to the campus.

Falun Gong was well received by people of all ages and walks of life. Spectators were fascinated to see that the practitioners, including little boys and an elderly woman in her seventies, were all able to cross both legs in the full lotus position.

Crowds of students, teachers, parents and guests attended the games. Falun Gong practitioners handed out introductory flyers about the practise and told everyone about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Some people took the initiative to ask for the introductory materials on their own and started reading them right away.

By the time the anniversary celebration was over, the practitioners had introduced the benefits of Falun Gong to everyone present. The persecution of innocent people who follow "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" in China has become the focus of international attention. The practitioners sincerely hope that with more help from international forces of justice, the people in China will eventually enjoy freedom of personal belief, just as people do in other parts of the world!
