On December 16, 2004, the Massachusetts Senate and the Massachusetts House of Representatives respectively issued Official Citations in recognition of Mr. Li Hongzhi and Falun Dafa. Below are the two citations.
Your contribution to improve health and high moral standards, the teaching of truthfulness, compassion and tolerance, and the uncompromising courage of Falun Dafa practitioners; and
Be it further known that the Massachusetts Senate extends best wishes for continued success; that this Citation be only signed by the President of the Senate and attested to and a copy of transmitted by the Clerk of the Senate.

Mr. Li's teaching which promotes better health and high moral standards and in further recognition of Falun Dafa practitioners in China who have maintained their unequivocal right, often at extraordinary personal risk to their practice and belief in truthfulness, compassion and tolerance. May the Truth Compassion Tolerance art exhibit and cultural events enjoy great success.
The entire membership extends its very best wishes and expresses the hope for future good fortune and continued success in all endeavors.
