Falun Dafa Gave Helped Me Live a Better Life

I am a Falun Gong practitioner from Inner Mongolia. I only started to practise Falun Gong a short time ago and I have already benefited greatly.

I am a farmer. In October of 2004, I went to a mountain to gather firewood. While I was working, something hit my left eye. The next day, my left eye went completely blind. I went to the clinic for a check up, but the doctor said that it was too late and that I might lose my eye. I was very upset when I heard that. I thought about how I was still young and had a family to take care of. I could not afford to lose my eye.

My older sister-in-law is a Falun Dafa practitioner, as is my wife. On the day that I went to the clinic about my eye, my sister-in-law stopped by. She looked at my injury and started talking about the truth of Falun Gong and the goodness of "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance." Before she left, she gave me the book Zhuan Falun and asked me to read it carefully. (Zhuan Falun contains the core teachings taught in Falun Gong)

After my sister-in-law left, I opened the book and started reading it. The more I read, the more I felt that whatever Teacher was telling us in the book made sense. I read the book twice without a break. In the beginning, the sight in my left eye was murky. But when I finished reading and closed the book, my eye was fine, just like normal. My wife and I were extremely happy; our happiness could not be described in words. Teacher is so compassionate!

Before practising, my wife and I could not get along. We fought constantly and sometimes even thought of divorce. After obtaining Dafa, however, both my wife and I have changed significantly. Whenever there is a conflict, each of us looks into our own hearts for the source of the problem first. We work out a solution with compassion, and we love each other again. My home is now full of warmth and love. All of this comes from Falun Dafa and from Teacher's great compassion. We - my whole family - will firmly practise and cultivate in Falun Dafa.

I would like to say to the world's people from the bottom of my heart: Falun Gong cured my eye, and Falun Dafa and Teacher gave me a warm home.
